Notice of GM and AGM 16 September 2022

Tēnā koutou,

Our Annual General Meeting will be held Friday 16 September at the Department of Conservation meeting room, 31 Nga Mahi Road, Sockburn, Christchurch at 1.30 pm. The minutes from the last AGM are available here.

This will be followed by our General Meeting at 2.00 pm. The minutes from the last GM are available here.

Membership fees of $20/annum are due September each year. See here for information on renewing your membership (or becoming a member).

Member are entitled to hold office and vote. 

By Friday this week, I will email current members a copy of the audited accounts to June 2022, a Notice of Motion for a Rule Change, and the agendas for the AGM and GM. If you think you are a  member and do not receive these by Saturday 03 August, please let me know after you have first checked your junk mail folder.
